4 tomatoes diced (or 3 large ones)
1 green pepper diced
2 jalapenos diced (remove the seeds)
3/4 red onion diced
1 clove garlic minced
2 teaspoons cilantro chopped (no stems!)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon crushed corriander
